This toner is very calming treatment for overworked skin and sensitive skin. Black Willowbark provides naturally occurring salicylic acid to fight the causes of acne. This astringent does the job without stripping your skin and causing excessively dry or oily skin. This would also make a great addition to a night skin care regime because it is so mentally calming and sedating. Directions: After cleansing face apply a moderate amount of toner to a cotton ball and gently apply in upward motions all over the face. Allow to dry and follow with a moisturizer.
